Ajax issue while Placing block

Problem/Motivation

I have installed fresh Drupal (version 10.3.2) instance with Umami food magazine. I have downloaded the lb_plus module 2.1.12 version with the help composer. I installed it and configured as per the readme file. Now When I am trying to place any block it is giving error "Block can not be placed". When I checked console it is giving some ajax error.

Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh Drupal instance with Umami food magazine profile.
2. Downloaded lb_plus module with the help of composer.
3. Installed lb_plus module with below modules.

i. Layout Discovery
ii. Layout Builder
iii. Layout Builder +
iv. Layout Builder + - Umami Demo

4. Now I have created some blocks by going to admin > structure > block types.

i. Banner block with following fields
Field name Field type
a. Content Link Link
b. Media Image Entity reference. Reference type: Media
c. Summary Text (plain, long)
d. Title Text (plain)

ii. Layout Block with following fields
Field Name - Field Type
Layout - Layout Section
Manage Display
Use Layout Builder : Checked
Allow each content block to have its layout customized : Checked
Configure default layout section
One Column: selected and saved.
Promoted Blocks
Custom blocks
Banner Blocks: checked
Disclaimer blocks: checked
Media blocks: checked
Footer promo blocks: checked
and saved.

iii. Media Block with following fields
Field Name - Field Type
Media - Entity reference. Reference type: Media

iv. Created a new content type named LBS Demo. Fields are as below
Field Name - Field Type
Body - Text (formatted, long, with summary)
Layout - Layout Section
Manage Display
Use layout Builder: Checked
Allow each content item to have its layout customized: Checked
Configure default layout section
One column: selected and saved.
Promoted Blocks
Banner Block: checked
Basic block: checked
Disclaimer block: checked
Media block: checked
Layout block: checked
Footer promo block: checked
and saved.

v. Created a demo content.
vi. Now go to demo content layout section. In right hand side, blocks are appearing to drag and drop on the page.
vii. Selected a block like Layout block and placed on the content. It is giving error "Unable to place the block."
