Date Range Handling in Active Filters Module

Problem/Motivation

When using the Active Filters module with date range filters, the module does not properly handle date range inputs in certain scenarios. This results in incorrect behavior when setting date filters to "between" or similar range settings. The issue affects how active filters are displayed and managed.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to a view that uses the Active Filters module.
Set up a date filter and change its operator to "between."
Observe how the date range filter is handled.
Notice any issues with the active filter display or functionality.
Cannot remove the date range values.
