Webform handler and captcha verification

Problem/Motivation

Submissions are sent to SendinBlue (Brevo) without checking if math captcha is valid

Steps to reproduce

Config: Captcha module (2.0.5), SendinBlue module (1.2.0), Drupal core (10.3.0)

Steps: Create a webform, add fields, add an handler SendinBlue API, add a captcha then try to send a submission with false response to captcha.

A webform error will appear indicating that the math captcha is false but the contact will be created in SendinBlue.

Proposed resolution
