SVG support

Problem/Motivation

Currently, SVG is not supported.

Steps to reproduce

1. "media:image" bundle where the SVG file type is allowed
2. "node:article" with media:image reference field
3. "node:article" -> "Manage display" -> "media reference field" -> "Format = Responsive thumbnail"

When I upload an SVG file into media:image then reference this media from a node:article,
then the <img src> uses image style URLs, which can not be handled, even with ImageMagick.

Maybe this module should work together with svg_image → .
