Convert Src path from relative URL to absolute URL

Feature Request in case of Multisite environment

We have a multi sites setup environment for the sites we are using CDN to load fonts. if we install this module in one website and configure the required Google fonts. we can use the same css files in other Multi sites with out enabling this module on all the sites. instead we can use single site setup as an internal CDN to the all the other sites and load.
