Allow content editors to configure a video to autoplay or not

Problem/Motivation

Presently, whether a video is set to autoplay or not is configured at the content type display level. For some uses of Video Embed Field, especially on paragraphs that have flexible usage options, it would be helpful to allow content editors to make/override this decision.

Proposed resolution

Provide a form display option to give content editors the option override the autoplay setting by checkmarking "autoplay" (off by default, unless we can make it off or on by default depending on the display setting).
