Problem/Motivation

page /admin/commerce/config/payment-gateways raise an error:
Error: Call to a member function getLabel() on null in Drupal\commerce_payment\PaymentGatewayListBuilder->buildRow() (line 43 of modules/contrib/commerce/modules/payment/src/PaymentGatewayListBuilder.php).
page /admin/commerce/orders/ORDER_NUMBER
Error: Call to a member function getDisplayLabel() on null in commerce_payment_preprocess_commerce_order() (line 177 of modules/contrib/commerce/modules/payment/commerce_payment.module).

Steps to reproduce

update to the 2.10. and visit the pages where PaymentGateway plugin is loaded.
