Some content editors are not aware that drag and drop functionality is available. On one of our projects, it was requested to move the "Drag & drop" action to the table header of the paragraph edit form instead of hidden in the 3 dot menu.
Add a node with a paragraph field. Click on the three dot menu to expose the different actions. One of which is the "Drag & drop" action.
Forthcoming MR that adds an option to the widget form display settings for the paragraph to choose if the drag and drop action should be in the menu (default) or in the table header for the paragraph. See attached images for existing and proposed solution.
