Maintain node ids when you clone existing nodes

Problem/Motivation

Would like to maintain the existing node ids - this means we would just have to amend some views filters.

Proposed resolution

Add this as an optional feature.

User interface changes

Add a checkbox on the admin/content-type-clone/clone?node_type=xxxxx page
