Drupal schema config file is named incorrectly

Problem/Motivation

This is a regression from 🐛 Missing config schema Fixed where the patch on that issue had the correct file but the MR created used an incorrect name for the file.
/config/schema/chemaapp.config.yml should be /config/schema/schemaapp.config.yml

Proposed resolution

Rename the file to /config/schema/schemaapp.config.yml
