getTokenValue may miss string value when it's a DataTransferObject

Problem/Motivation

When the value in \Drupal\eca\Plugin\ECA\PluginFormTrait::getTokenValue is a DataTransferObject, then it is not used but the default value instead.

Proposed resolution

Check for the value being a DataTransferObject and continue with its getValue instead.
