pluginId initialited too late in EntityLoader

Problem/Motivation

When the entity type is defined by a token, then the pluginId is initialized too late in \Drupal\eca_content\Service\EntityLoader::loadEntity.

Proposed resolution

Set the pluginId at the beginning of the method.
