Move GraphAPI support to a submodule

Problem/Motivation

The current implementation provides both:

  1. the Mermaid JS library; and
  2. GraphAPI integration

There is functionality that will leverage (1) without requiring (2), such as ✨ Add text filter to render Mermaid graphs Needs review .

Proposed resolution

The base module should just provide the Mermaid JS library, and GraphAPI integration should be moved to a sub-module.
