Auto update workflow states list

Problem/Motivation

With multiple workflows, when selecting the "Field Name", doesn't update the workflow states automatically.

Appears a message warning that with multiple workflows we have to save and edit again to change for the correct state.

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 workflows with different states.
Create 2 content types with a workflow field for each workflow.
Create new action.
Change "Field Name"
