Ok, i have searched everywhere, uninstalled the module, run cron, clear cache (through the drupal ui and manually through the database) and still can't figure this out.
When I am on the user setting page (/admin/config/people/accounts) i can't save the form at all because I constintally get the Error message 'imagefield_default_alt_and_title_default_values' is not a supported key.
Any help or fix ideas?

Please check system.site config file and remove imagefield_default_alt_and_title_default_values key values then re-import config.
after successfully import clear the cache and again try to save user setting page (/admin/config/people/accounts). It will solve your error.
