Reduce size of canvas to prevent demo users getting lost

Overview

The canvas is currently 10k pixels. For the purposes of the demo in Barcelona and prior to ✨ [later phase] Total canvas size should be dynamic based on browser viewport size Needs review being implemented we should hard code the size to be width: 3500px, height: 2800px. This will prevent the content from being able to be scrolled completely off screen.
