Add support for the Link Tree module

Problem/Motivation

The Link Tree → module adds a new field type based on link fields to allow nested links. It would be nice to also track usage in these field types.

Proposed resolution

Since the field type in the module extends regular link field, we can use the existing tracking plugin for link fields and simply add the field type to the list.
