Clone links not removed after unintalling the module

Ready for review, once 💬 Add action module as dev dependency. Active is merged, test should pass.

Branch is re-based, tests are now passing, ready for review.

Issue still remains with latest 2.x-dev, duplicate clone links and not removed after uninstalling the module.

I don't know if it matters, but both 2.1.0-beta1 and 2.0.0-beta6 (no D11 support) points to same dev link on modules homepage.

The issue was not merged, so you either need to test the MR or create a patch from it and apply it in your project and then test.
