Clone links not removed after unintalling the module

1. Uninstall Entity Clone and clear caches
2. Check any Contextual Link cog e.g. homepage on blocks, etc.
3. The Clone link still shows, when clicked redirects to generic page not found.

Also menu blocks has duplicate Clone button

(this is with Entity clone already uninstalled and caches cleared)
