Default View config install should not provide UUID to avoid issues when installing in non-English sites

Just wanted to report that the update view was a bit bogus after the migration:

The uuid of the view was null and the default langcode was changed from EN to DE.

I reverted these changes by hand which was not that big of a problem. Otherwise the migration was working very good!
