Upgrade path from 2.0 to 3.0 does not work

Hi everyone.

So I've been followign this guide for the upgrade path from 2.0 to 3.0:

https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_license/releases/8.x-2.0 →

The thing is it tells me that 2.0 still reuqires recurring_period:

drupal/commerce_license 2.0.0 requires drupal/recurring_period (^1.0)

I tried updatedb several times but there are no updates pending.

Any idea what I can do? Thanks in advance
