"New name" field not populated with old name in Chrome / Edge

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

- Install new with Drupal 10.3.2, imce 3.1.1 and imce_rename_plugin 2.02
- Enable imce & imce rename
- Go to host.site/imce in Mac Chrome 127.0.6533.100 or Windows Chrome, Windows Edge
- Upload a file
- Select the file
- Click rename button
- Dialog appears asking for new name but new name field is blank (instead of being populated with old filename) as it does in Safari, Firefox,
