Customizable replacement for Salesforce chat button

Problem/Motivation

The default salesforce messaging for web chat button isn't very customizable from the site / front-end perspective and needs to be reliably configured within the Salesforce application side. Sites should be able to replace this button with their own custom button.

Proposed resolution

Create a configuration option that would allow users to be able to specify if they want to provide their own launch chat experience.
