When the link text is required, the link text field is disabled

Problem/Motivation

This module is very useful, but if the link text field is required inside the link field, I can't add simple text. The module disables adding text and only allows me to add options for the selection.

Steps to reproduce

Create a Link field
In the field configuration choose in the section Allowed link text -> Required
After saving the field, go to the Manage form display
Choose the Link Widget for your field
Update and save the field.

Then go to Add Content and add the field link, the link text button is disabled.

Proposed resolution

Make a minor change on this function link_text_options_field_widget_single_element_link_default_form_alter to validate the options field.

I could not reproduce this locally, but I did reproduce it on simplytest.me.
I think it has to do with the code that accesses the `$element['#element_validate']` value.
I have pushed a hopeful fix to the repo.
Please test it.
