"Use a form instead of a link" option doens't save

Problem/Motivation

When I try to check "Use a form instead of a link" format option with default parameters, then saving. I got the checkmark removed.
I noticed it saved successfully on main display style but not on the "full" display type.
No errors in JS console or drupal logs
