Replace button for multiple fields

Problem/Motivation

My problem occurs when I go to mobile, from there I can't drag. So I would like that in mobile you have the option to directly replace the field you want when it is multivalued.

For example, if you only want to modify field 2, you can click on it and only that field will be replaced.

As currently configured it only allows me to delete and re-add but that gets added to the end of the list and then I can't sort it.

Is there any way to add the replace button for multiple fields?
Or is there a way to instead of using the touch to move use some “arrows” on the mobile?
