[3.2] Remove analyze db queries from Devel description

Problem/Motivation

In 3.2. Concept: Additional Tools, the description of Devel says that it can "analyze database queries". This is no longer true.

Devel removed the analyze database queries feature in https://www.drupal.org/project/devel/issues/2572009 → . That functionality has been moved to the Webprofiler project.

Proposed resolution

We should update the Devel description to remove the bit about analyzing db queries.
