This is a follow-up to #3458649: Use radio buttons on media browser when field only allows one item → .
Radio buttons turned out to be problematic due to the TAB behavior: once the keyboard focus was on any radio button, pressing TAB will move passed all the radio buttons, rather than going to the next one.
So, let's switch back to checkboxes, but adjust the Javascript to only allow one to be selected.
