Issue

I am creating this request because I am lost on what SOLR field data type I should use.

I am filtering my view using a fulltext search but my problem lies within french city names, for example if I filter using Paris I want all results that include the word Paris like PAris, Paris 1e arrondissement, etc... to be returned but not Parisis.
Also i want the field to be accent insensitive so Sévigné an Sevigne both return results.
