Add support for Drupal CI using GitLabTemplates

Problem/Motivation

The module has no support for Drupal CI. Enabling this will allow the module to be tested automatically. This includes not only any automatic tests included in the source code but static code analysis.

Proposed resolution

Use the GitLab Template project to easily add support for Drupal CI. For this, only a file needs to be copied to the module source code.
