Unable to access admin/modules when experience builder installed

Overview

This is the error:

Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\MissingMandatoryParametersException: Some mandatory parameters are missing ("entity_type", "entity") to generate a URL for  
                                         route "experience_builder.experience_builder". in Drupal\Core\Routing\UrlGenerator->doGenerate() (line 180 of                                                   
                                         /Users/ben.mullins/Sites/drupal/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/UrlGenerator.php).
