Stop overridding the constructor from OnsiteBase

Problem/Motivation

Following the changes from 📌 Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for commerce Needs work , once Commerce 3 will be tagged, the constructor override is going to cause a crash.
Let's refactor the code to call the parent create() method.
