The changes made for #3024409 have broken the description toggles on the horizontal tabs.
I now also have two required marks.
I use Gin in the current version 3.0.0-rc13 as backend theme, unfortunately I have no possibility to test it with Claro at the moment. The Drupal version was 10.3.1.
If you undo the change to the horizontal-tabs.js file in line 58 of this commit, the problem is solved and it behaves as before.
