tmgmt webform options translation is broken with option values containing pipe

Problem/Motivation

Webform select options which keys contains a pipe character are broken after being translated.
It's verify similar bug to already fixed tmgmt webform options translation is broken with option values containing spaces or dots → .

Steps to reproduce

  • Have at least two languages enabled
  • Create webfrom with select element.
  • For select element option name use pipe character.
  • Process translation

Proposed resolution

| is already converted to pipe_.
