If a syntactically invalid default gateway is entered, an error will occur in the MySQL environment

TypeError: inet_ntop(): Argument #1 ($ip) must be of type string, false given in inet_ntop() (line 71 of modules/contrib/field_ipaddress_pgsql/src/Plugin/Validation/Constraint/MySqlFormatConstraintValidator.php).

The steps to reproduce:

1. Select IPv6 option.
2. Check the "Add default gateway" option.
3. Enter the following data
IP address:
::ffff:1.2.3.0/120
Default gateway:
::ffff:1.2.3

This issue also causes some tests to fail.
