Remove outdated batches

In case of an interrupted or crashed job, the queue table keeps the batch entries for 10 days until the queue garbage collection removes them.
We should consider a cron implementation to remove orphaned entries earlier because having a lot of them can slow down the SELECT statements to the queue table significantly.
