Wrap the table in a details element for UI consistency

Problem/Motivation

The list of node aliases is not consistent with other modules, and could use a UX change. I see other modules, such as domain_path use a details element that is collapsible.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module and edit a node that has an alias.

Proposed resolution

Wrapping the table in a (collapsible) 'details' element.

Remaining tasks

MR incoming.

User interface changes

The user can now collapse the table. Everything else remains the same.

API changes

None.

Data model changes

None.
