In Drupal 11.0.0, there are multiple errors when using colorbox.
1. When navigating to the colorbox configuration page at /admin/config/media/colorbox, the following error is displayed:

2. jQuery.isFunction is no longer supported in Drupal 11's default version of jQuery.
For error #1, navigate to /admin/config/media/colorbox on a Drupal 11 site with colorbox installed.
For error #2, attempt to use the colorbox display on an image field and note errors in the javascript console.
Fix the config form parameters.
Determine how to deal with the isFunction problem.
The colorbox plugin uses isFunction. See if we can work around it.
