Next buttons are blocked until page refresh after use browser's back button

In the purchase flow, when we get to the payment page of the gateway, if at that moment we go back to the previous page with the browser button. The checkout button (id=edit-actions-next ) does not perform any action when clicked until the page is reloaded.

How can this be solved?

Steps to reproduce it from a clean install.

Checkout until payment page
Go back with browser's arrow button
Checkout button doesn't no anything
Reload page, and button works again now
