Allow Dynamic Content?

I'm just getting started with Mautic and Drupal and haven't done much experimentation yet. I'm not sure how hard or easy it is to display dynamic content.

Blocks are easy to work with - could this module be modified to display dynamic content as well as forms? Or would this be overkill for something trivial?
