The toolbar item is now a drop-down menu with potentially up to 4 links:
- Report an issue
- View existing issues
- Go to helpdesk (goes to the remote helpdesk URL, if that's supported by the implementation)
- Configure helpdesk
The toolbar item only appears if at least 1 link is available to the current user. And the first link will then also be the one that's used for the toolbar item itself, if the user clicks on that.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
