Replace logger in drush framework commands

Problem/Motivation

Drush 13 uses the logger variable in DrushCommands with a different type, and it's no longer possible to override that with a Drupal logger. That badly breaks processes that rely on log messages in Drupal.

Proposed resolution

No longer use $logger, replace that with $drupalLogger.
