Update to 5.0.0-rc2 triggers Javascript error: jQuery.sidr is not a function

Updated from 5.0.0-rc1 to 5.0.0-rc2 and began getting Javascript error:
jQuery.sidr is not a function

For me, all I needed to do was update to 5.0.0-rc2 to trigger it. And reverting to 5.0.0-rc1 resolved it.

None yet. Unfortunately, I don't have time just yet to dig too deeply, I will attempt to make time as soon as possible.
