Support cache api by field

Problem/Motivation

In the current implementation the cache api is globally for all remote fields.
The cid is created by the uri + query params.
Also, the expiration time is fixed.

Proposed resolution

Create a new configuration in the remote fields for the users set a expiration time for the response of the api.
Some options could:

• by default use the global cache settings
• Add a number field for the user specify the expiration time by remote field
• Update the global settings adding a number field to specify the global expiration time
