Permissions typo for import

Problem/Motivation

The permissions file has a "import solr search synonym" permission.
The route.yml uses "import solr search synonyms" note the s.
So only super admins will be able to use the form.

Steps to reproduce

Install module.
Grant "import solr search synonym" to user.
Try to access the import form.

Proposed resolution

Ensure the permission matches the one in the route yml.
