Missing schema settings.include_unpublished

Thanks for reporting this. The proposed patch includes a hardcoded reference to the basic_html text format, which is not necessarily going to be present on sites. So I think, if this is a problem, it needs to be done in a more generic way.

Toward that end, could you provide steps to reproduce this as a problem? There is already schema definitions for include_unpublished on nodes, at https://git.drupalcode.org/project/linkit/-/blob/6.1.x/config/schema/lin...

We need to know where in the process this absent schema is causing problems (such as in the the attempt to save configuration changes to a text format. However, based on the design of the module, I don't think that would be a problem, since the only reference on a text format to Linkit is going to be the Linkit profile, not things like whether or not to include unpublished entities.
