Messages styling broke in D10.3

Problem/Motivation

The Drupal messages are no longer properly styled since D10.3. it seems we're missing a message.js implementation that basically reproduces the same markup as the status-messages.html.twig template.

Will attach a patch providing our own message.js, copied from the Radix theme.
