Configuring for Different Product Sizes Online and In-Store

I’m currently working through a business case where we’re trying to effectively use the Drupal Commerce module to address specific retail needs. Our business sells food products both in physical stores and online. We use the Commerce POS module for our physical storefronts to streamline transactions.

Here’s the issue: in our physical stores, we sell products in 100ml packages, but online, we’ve decided to only offer 500ml packages as an option. However, we’re facing a challenge because online customers can also see and the 100ml size, but we don’t want to offer this option on the website.

The 100ml/500ml options are set up as a product attribute.

I need advice on how to structure our product setup so that the 100ml option is not visible or selectable online, but remains available in our physical stores through the POS module.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, or does anyone have insights on how to configure the Commerce module to differentiate product offerings between online and in-store settings effectively? Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated as we look to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance for your help!
