Paragraphs not cloning correctly on D10

Problem/Motivation

I clone a page which has paragraphs on it.
The result is a faulty cloned node, which has the sections & columns right, but it misses all of the correct html and other fields in it.

A clone module is essential for a CMS, so how can I get this to work please ?
