Views schema is incorrect because the shs_chosen replaces core classes without updating schema

Problem/Motivation

The shs_chosen module replaces the core taxonomy_index_tid and taxonomy_index_tid_depth with it's own classes. These classes add some more exposed options but the schema for the the core provided plugins is not updated.

Steps to reproduce

Use the shs_chosen module with views and use these filters.

Proposed resolution

Fix the schema and update existing views.
