Rivet - Improve views summary styles

Problem/Motivation

The views summary "a-z filters" display looks pretty poor, and has poor accessibility.

Proposed resolution

  1. Wrap in a <nav> tag.
  2. Add a hidden <h2> for the NAV label, for screen readers.
  3. Use rvt-button-plain for inactive pages.
  4. Add a maroon button style for the currently active page.
  5. Add an inline "View All" link to the end of the list.
